Welcome

Welcome to the Green Team Arrowhead website. We are a newly formed group in the Lake Arrowhead area, working to have an impact on environmental issues that affect us all.

We meet regularly at the Lake Arrowhead Welcome Center. If you would like to attend our meetings, please contact Jeff Perlis at Jeff@GreenTeamArrowhead.com, or phone him at (909) 337-7653, to let him know you’re coming.

We seek to join with others in the mountain communities with interests that coincide with or are related to our concerns. In particular, we would like to know what other groups are doing, so we can leverage our efforts.

If you wish to keep abreast of our activities, and participate in the causes that we represent, please register to join our community.

Our group and website are new, and are works in progress. At this point, the site is set so that anyone can read all content and anyone can register. All visitors can see everything and can post comments to articles, without approval or censorship. We'll see how that goes.

Registered visitors in addition can write articles, called "pages", for what they consider to be the appropriate topic areas. We'll try not to intervene, but we may wind up asserting some control over this process, if only for the sake of maintaining a coherent website.

As you can see in the Projects section, we are covering a lot of territory. Each of us has personal interests, and none of us can participate in all topics. The open structure will allow specific topics and projects to advance unimpeded.

The point of all this is to be "inclusive". Everyone who wants to participate can have his say.
